Patrick, was nothing but a very professional Lawyer. I first met with him at his office and did not know what to expect! What I found was a very nice and listening person. Part of what bothered me going to see any lawyer, was I expected a know it all person- not so with Patrick at all!. I felt he got everything I said the first time. He was always at his phone to answer anything within 24 hours from my call. When I was wondering about all the stuff going on he was right there to explain it all. I am almost done with the bull thrown in my lap and I will always thank Patrick, for getting me through it all in a professional and carring way. Always, Susan Reynolds-Polito

Client was arrested by the Delray Beach P.D. for Battery on a Person 65 YOA or Older (Felony). She was accused of pushing the alleged victim, her neighbor, when he trespassed on her property line. She hired the Law Firm of Patrick R. McKamey to aggressively defend her. The alleged victim, whom had a history of bullying women in their gated community, wanted Susan fully prosecuted and also went to court to seek an injunction for protection against her. Attorney McKamey fought the injunction and was successful at having it dismissed. Mr. McKamey was able to demonstrate that she was acting in self-defense and obtained witness statements through the use of an investigator. Ultimately, all felony criminal charges were completely dropped against Susan.

Susan was arrested for the felony charge Battery on A Person (65 yoa or older) against her neighbor. The alleged victim also sought to get a Restraining Order against her. She hired the Law Firm of Patrick R. McKamey, P.A. to defend her against these serious charges. Mr. McKamey had a private investigator locate witnesses in the community to show that the alleged victim (a man) was known as a bully that antagonized women specifically in the neighborhood. Mr. McKamey was not only successful in beating the restraining order, but was able to convince the State Attorney's Office to drop the felony down to a misdemeanor. Mr. McKamey was ultimately able to negotiate a diversion on Susan's behalf and all charges were dropped.
