Dennis's son was involved in a single car crash on the turnpike in the Orlando area and charged with DUI. Mr. McKamey filed a Motion to Suppress the stop based on lack of probable cause to detain or arrest the defendant. Ultimately, the DUI was dropped by the State and client was given a lesser charge of Reckless Driving.
